Regional Tour – Yorkshire
Today Sayeeda has been campaigning with Doncaster Mayoral Candidate Jonathan Wood.
Together they visited The Martin Wells Centre. The centre is based on a partnership model which provides a range of the Local Authority’s Community based facilities/services and a local healthcare access point sponsored by Doncaster PCT.
They then went on to visit Sprotbrough Sure Start Childrens Centre. Sure Start is a community service and support for families with Children aged 0-5 years.
Sayeeda then went onto Rotherham where she visited Safe at Last the Charity for runaway Children in the Rotherham area. (May 1st 2009)
